Drooool, went to the shops 2day during a free in college, and as hl2 was out today i went to the shops n got it, n its installing now! cant wait, cs source will kick ass as well.

4.5gig hard drive space u need lol, cant wait to start playing! Il let you know weather its truly as lush as i think it will be.

The graphics are beyond good! The games lush! Ive had to havea break tho. Also it comes with counter strike source, bloody class, used to love counter strike. Hl2 is like the best game ive played!

I can be hard on games, but believe me, this title was WELL worth the wait!

This is an apex title, meaning the rest of the titles released in this genre will need to live up to it...

It's not so much the graphix, but the way you are immersed into the world, and the interaction with the characters and the environment itself.

When will the DoD source be released? I cant get hl2 till friday when i get my check...but anyway i heard that you cant play hl2 dm yet. I heard we have to wait on the patch so the only thing we can play is SP HL2 and CS source.

yea theres no mp yet for hl2. Css is lush n hl2 is truly great. The peoples speach matches there mouths perfectly, which ive never seen before in a game. Take a gander at this print screen i took, hope it comes out ok, I diddnt kill this dude it was there, but you can use the grav gun in the same way with buz saws.

Pretty cool. What are your system specs? The graphics in that screen dont look as nice as most of the others i have seen.
