DX10 crysis on XP ?!

Screenshot comparisons of Very high in DX10/Vista (left) against very high in DX9/XP.

Shock horror, they look virtually identical.
Only difference I could make out was the relections on the water in the first comparison.

Oh, and the massive difference in frame rate!!!
