Help!

I get the following error message when trying to access an excel spreadsheet. I've run virus and adware scans along with disk defrag and disk scan and nothing. I need to access this file. Any help???

and these are the addresses given for the problem????

C:\DOCUME~1\MOM&DA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb585.dir00\EXCEL.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\MOM&DA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb585.dir00\appcompat.txt

See if you can copy the file to another folder and rename it. Leave the extension alone. Then try opening it.

It looks like you were editing the file and your machine hung up on the app for some reason.
