32bit install programs

I have Adobe PhotoShop 7 and when I try to use the setup, it loads, but then stops. I can still use my computer but I want to install photoshop again. However, when I go to 'Restart' on my computer, the install screen comes up normally. But unfortuanatly, my computer is already restarting.
Im using Windows XP Pro. 300Mhz pc with 64mb RAM.
