thats all i know, what i need to know is how do i make a file in a sub Dir start automatically.

and i also need to know if it is possible to make a file that just got done installing from the cd open automatically. what i mean is when app is done installing i need a file that it put on my pc to open to complete the installation, is that possible? if so please let me know how it is done

oh and please keep it simple, i fairly new at this. thanks

thank you, but i really dont want to have to rely on a program when it can be done manually, for if i use a program i may never learn how its done.
but i mainly want to avoid putting more software on my pc than required, as i have to much already.

i also need to know if you can make more than one file run automatically, meaning once the 1st is done the next will start. for another project i have 3 files that will all need to be ran before the installation is complete and they will all have to be installed in a certain order.

i also need an install creator for some files that i will want to install, Ive looked around but dont really know what to look for, it would need to be user friendly though, thanks

The best way is to look at one that has been created on another installation CD.

They are only TXT file but with an INF extension

This ones from MS office

[autorun]
OPEN=setup.exe /AUTORUN

There is more in that actual INF file but that is the basic jist of it
