Hey, i have a problem. I have just reinstalled Panda Antivirus and when i turn the pc on it says in the task bar that its turned off, but its not turned off. Its right next to it in the task bar. Heres a pic of what i mean.

ALso another problem is every time i restart the pc it comes up with the updating antivirus thing, then says

0 new signatures, restart now.
And i tryed it 3 times and keeps saying it.

The anti virus is fully updated i did it straight after i installed it. It is also properly registered.

Some help would be apprichated. Thanks :)

As you well know venney spyware can shut off Avti-virus porgrams.
This could also be why you get the update thing when you startup.
How about posting a freash HJT log
