I also have a dell but it says I have 511 and mine is not intergrated at all! It is best to have at least 512mb ram with win xp!! You can go to office depot and get a stick of pc 2100 or pc 2700 for 20 bucks after rebates and I am just guessing thats whats in your computer!
Posted: Sun Jan 25, 2004 11:36 amThe Dimension 8200 uses RD (Rambus Direct) Ram. It's a little more obscure and "pricey" than DDR or SDRam.
A quick search found the cheapest at $104.00 for 256mb.
