ECS geForce6100PM-M2

I just installed this board from ECS that claims to be a good OC board. It has a lot of settings for the NB-HT, and CPU Freqs. But no multiplier or voltage settings. And when I try to overclock, it returns to stock speed upon boot up. Anyone have any ideas on why that is and why I can't seem to over clock this thing? My 3dmark scores are so not what they should be and niether are my pcmark scores. I am losing some performance somewhere, I just don't know where. I have already updated the bios and the motherboard chipset drivers. As well as Video Drivers. I tried NTune and it clocks it up to almost 2.4, but it goes back to stock after reboot. I am running the following setup:

ECS geForce6100PM-M2 MOBO Award-Pheonix Bios
AMD Phenom 9600+ 2.3 GHz Black Edition
DDR800 5-5-5-5-18
NSpire 500 W PSU
eVGA 8600 GTS
120 GB Seagate Baracuda SATA II
