Hi,
I'm having trouble finding certain information by myself so I was hoping i could find some help here.

My motherboard is the .
I want to know if my mobo has PCIe 1.0, 1.0a, or 1.1 please.

I've read that PCIe2 cards (eg HD3870, 8800GT) are unlikly to work in PCIe 1.0 or 1.0a slots and I'm looking to upgrade to one of the above cards, possibly.

Alternatively, instead of finding out what PCIe version my mobo is, does anyone else have my mobo with a PCIe2 gpu in it or anything like that?

Cheers

Thanks for trying liljim :)

I just got a post from another forum I asked in that said 'The cards are backwards compatible, but not with the ASrock VIA chipset'.

No sources were given but if that's true then i should be fine.
