In Need of Some Help

I know you guys get a lot of these, so I apologize for taking up your time. I am a first time builder and need help chosing a motherboard. I know typically you're supposed to start by picking your mobo, but I want to design my pc around a particular CPU and Vid card. These two things are a must, and so I need to find a high performance, reasonably-priced mobo that is compatible with the two.

The CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 Stepping Kentsfield 2.40GHz 8MB L2 LGA 775 Processor

The graphics card: EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 640MB

So, the mobo I was considering was the Intel Desktop Board D975XBX2, but I just can't afford it along with the above components. I am looking for a mobo with similiar features/performance, but for significantly less. No more than $150, if possible.

Suggestions for any other components would be much appreciated also. One more thing...I would like the ability to add a second vid card later on, if my finances permit. So the mobo must be Sli-Ready as well. Also, I'd like to try my hand at overclocking in the future, once I learn more about it. So, I need a mobo that will respond well to overclocking.

This pc will mostly be for gaming.

Thanks so much, I appreciate the help.

Thanks so much :) The second one seems awesome. However, the reviews for it are mixed, which concerns me a bit. On that website, it got excellent reviews. But on say, Newegg, it a few 4 out 5s and some 1s. I don't have a lot of money so I am nervous about buying something that may suck. But it is a risk I'll have to take. :) Thanks.
