Do i need to upgrade my PSU?

Hi all,
I really dont have the money to fork out for a new Psu.
A Tech guy at work says ill be ok, but i want a second opinion.
I currently have a 480W Hiper Type R.

In the next few months ill be putting together the following gaming rig:

Intel Duo E6600
Abit AW9D - Max 975X
2 Gig Corsair DDR2 XMS2-6400C4
2x 36Gb Western Dig.Raptors (Raid-0)
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC2 320MB GDDR3
Asus CD RW 52x
BenQ Dvd

If anyone could put my mind at rest it would be appreciated.
Obviously if i have no choice, please could you recommend a decent PSU?

It will give you a good idea how much your new system will draw.
