i think its gunna be very powerful.
only a few things I'd say. Save yourself £200 and get a 7900GT 256MB, that will still give a massive frame rate in todays gave, hardly less than the 7900GTX 512MB, and it'll be fine for all upcoming DX9 games.
from the setup, looks like you're a gamer. You also look like you've got money to burn, so get more HDD space. Find a HDD with 16MB cache then get 2 and put them in RAID 0. Nice and speedy
if you think you can fit water cooling, do it. You won't regret it. It'll help with overclocking that CPU too ;)
I strongly recommend the seasonic 600W PSU. I bought a magazine that tested a bunch of PSUs with really hardcore tests and seasonic won by a mile. The seasonic 600W got 95% and the OCZ 600W only got 65%. It's worth the extra £30!

I'd suggest that you purchase the MB CPU and memory from the same vendor. That way they won't play ping pong with you if it doesn't boot up. They might even install the memory and cpu for you just to be nice.

Also buy a "boxed" CPU, it has a 3 year warranty. An OEM has a 90 day warranty.

Good luck
