Adding an IR turn on to a new PC

Hey guys, just built a new pc for use with my home entertainment center. But, to be the ultimate couch potato, i want to be able to turn it on and off with a remote instead of getting up and pushing the button. Anyone know of a cool add on for this?
p.s. i dont have a tv tuner in it so that is not what im looking for

For remote pc on and off I found this one:

hmmm interesting. Thx for the reply. Ill get in touch with the pc remote control for windows guys as all i really wish to do is turn the pc on and off since i already have it hooked to my tv via the video card s-video out. It would be cool if it really does as the link suggests which is allow any remote to communicate with the pc.
