scanner problem answered
Posted: Wed Aug 04, 2004 9:47 pmi have eventually found out why my two scanners cannot operate when connected to the PC, ITS AN WINDOWS PROBLEM!!!! i eventually found this in the MS KNOWLEDGE BASE 324756

This behavior occurs because the Usbscan.sys driver cannot be used simultaneously by more than one scanner.
So i cant have them both connected at the same time and use both.
