Thermal gel/grease?
Posted: Sun Apr 04, 2004 2:49 pmI had to replace my cpu fan but the new one came with a heatsynk. anyhow i was told i didn't really need the thermal gel/grease that goes between the processor lead(?) and heatsynk. So is this true? do i really need it? another pc friend said i need it or my motherboard will be fried :S so help?? lol
