Low 3DMark2001SE scored, but good spec!

2.6c P4 800FSB - O/C to 3Ghz
Gigabyte GT Special Motherboard
512MB of 400Mhz DDR RAM
GEFORCE FX 5600

Yet my score on 3dMark2001SE is only 6,950?
Ive seen people with half my rig power getting 10,000+
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem?
