Sporadic Visual Lock ups

Randomly, all processes/programs I'm running will just lock up, I can still hear audio and mouse keeps goin. I checked performance event viewer, and when this happens, my processor % seems to drop to 0% and my pages/sec are all hanging up at 95-100% for a while, then go back to jumping around (not sure if thats supposed to happen) I've tried messing with the paging size in system/performance tab but I keep getting the same problems.

This sound like maybe spyware to me.
Please download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread
