Reformatting HD

Postby th3_d0n » Sat Nov 05, 2005 7:21 pm

Hey guys.

I want to reformat my hard drive, however I have never done this before so I don't know how to go about doing it.

So if some one could tell me how to do it that would be awesome. I've reinstalled XP before so I know how to do that.

Thanks :)

I don't know if this is the best way, but what I usually do is reinstall Windows....
while doing this I choose to delete the existing Partition, and then recreate it. It's all taken care of by the windows installer.

I'm not sure if you can still R Click on the drive you want to reformat in "My Computer" and reformat it that way or not....

Good on ya and Good luck
