question about dell 2350

Im building a gaming computer for my kids, and i have a dell 2350, pentium 4 2.2-768 ram-60 gig hd. it has a pci grap card. Im purchasing a Raidmax case with 420 ps- an Abit IS7-V MB, and a GeForce fx 5500 grap card. Can i use the Processor from my dell with this mb? Also plan on using ram and cd rom. Suggestions Tks.

As far as the CPU's ..no!
From what I can gather your Dell 2350 is a Socket 487...

The Abit IS7-V MB is a Socket 478

The CD-Rom can be swapped out with no problems.

The Memory you should be able to swap as well...they both support DDR.
You'd have to open the case and see what you have installed to make sure.
