CMOS is KIllIN MEEEE! HElP!!!

Hi,
I need some help with the cmos setup, Because my Comp keeps resisting the cmos every time I unplug the power cord.
And Maybe it is the battery but I dont know because the MoBo is only been 3 mouths sense I Bought it ,and if it is the battery can somebody tell where I can buy one.

You can get the battery at radio shack, its about $3 ---take the old one with you so you know what youre looking for.
