I'm new building comp help?????

HI

I'm building new computer but I dont Know why my power supply has 115
volts and 230 volts. Do I use 115 volts or 230 volts, will this damage my mother board if I use the wrong one?.

Plase help any body.

Hi if you are in the usa u need to have the voltage set to 115 otherwise its 230 but if yes if you set it wron g you could risk frying both your psu and your motherboard

I agree if you are in the US. Other countries have different recepticle voltage.
