i am using a boot disk to boot linux from one of my drives. is there a way where i can place those boot disk files in my hard drive and then add some lines to boot.ini to tell my computer to boot from there?

i actually am using Red Hat Linux 8 with NO boot partition... hehe... i hope that doesn't cross out your suggestions....
