Help Malwarebytes not working

Hello, I need help I don't want to reformat my computer and start all over again I want to clean and kill the virus without doing so. My problem is that I was losing disk space really fast as I was watching it and my computer is acting up for example I can't install malwarebytes it keeps saying it can't create the directory. Please download to your desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

Do not exit Combofix while it is running you my loose all your personal settings!
Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running, that may cause it to stall.

When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

If you cannot run combofix then rename combofix.exe to CBF.exe and try running it again.
