new window blank

hello chaps i hope someone can help me basially what happens when im on a site and right click the new window comes up blank if i copy and paste the address the link can be opened.

What happens when you hold down the shift key & click on a link?

nothing happens at all the screen still stays blank

if i double click on the little yellow warning triangle on left its says the specified module could not be found

and sometimes it says object expected
