I believe you mean usbehci.sys.
You can get it here: .
Then you'll need to update your USB Controller driver.

And how do I update the USB controller without the software? Is there some website that has those drivers?

On the link I gave you go to the "System" files and download usbehci.sys.
Put it in C:/Windows/System32/Drivers.
Now go to "Device Manager" and expand the USB listing. Select your USB Controller and click "Properties" / Driver Tab / Update driver.
