No Run on Win Xp Home Start Menu

Hi, some how the run command has dissapeared from my start menu, i have checked on the settings and the tick box has also dissapeared. Help me pls

Right Click your Taskbar and choose "Properties". Select the "Start Menu" Tab and select "Customize" next to either "Start Menu" or "Classic Start Menu". Now make sure that the box next to "Display Run" is selected.
