Bandwidth monitor

I keep going over my BW imit and would like to know if there is a bandwidth monitor I can use. My ISP supplier does have one but its not updated very regularly and I have to keep logging it to find out what it is

im using for the same reason. You wouldnt happen to be on satellite internet would you?
