Microsoft Interactive Training CD does not work in my laptop

I purchased MS Office XP Professional. Included in the pack is MS Interactive Training CD which teaches you how to use the software. I installed the MS Interactive Training CD. It worked for a while, but now it does not work. When I turn it on it posts a message "Member not found". What is the meaning of this, please? How do I fix this problem, please?
