Checked your settings in McAfee internet security to allow all port 80 connections.

There could also be something else using port 80 connection like spyware.
You can download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread

You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:
O4 - Global Startup: Exif Launcher.lnk = ?

Other than that your log is clean :)

Maybe McAfee is causing the slow down and the port 80 problem.
Try removing it from the startup and reboot, see if there is a difference.

Hi

Im using Grabit, i think ive found out the problem. Im subscribed to a provider called Usenet monster and im lucky to get 200k a second download from port 119, i emailed them loads and they said its my isp. So i downloaded from the same server using the same sotware and using Port 119, but with my isp news server, i got 1150k a second, so its bloody usenet monster!!!!!!! the only downside is my isp doesnt get many groups so ive gotta subscribe to someone, anyone recemmend 1 to me, i dont wanna pay using credit card, keep it with paypal.

Cheers
