Merry Xmas to ayou all!
Anybody recommend a removal tool for clickspring and purity scan? My Norton does not remove them. Thanks in advance for your help.

There are manual removal instructions and a link to an uninstaller for Purity here

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/av ... yscan.html

And here is a link to an uninstaller for Clickspring
http://www.clickspring.net/CsUninstaller.exe

Also, I would download Adaware SE Personal if you don't have it already, update it, and do a full system scan. The link for Adaware can be found at the top left of this page.
