shell con hidden window is trying to closedown properly...

naturaly i click cancel and let my computer shut down...

any idea what this file is and how to get rid of it?

Thaks Again anyone who can help

This file could be associated with MusicMatch. Here is a possible fix...

Go to Start>Run and type in msconfig, and hit enter. Click on the Startup tab, and uncheck entries for MusicMatch and click Apply. This will prevent MusicMatch from running on startup, but it will probably fix your shutdown problem.

Restart your computer for the settings to take effect, restart again and see if it still happens..
