Everytime I shut down Windows I get the following message and I don't why or how to stop it.

' winnet - DLL fail Initialization failed

The application failed to intialize because the windows station is shutting down'

Sure it wasn't wininet? How about a little more info. System specs. / newly installed programs / etc. brad
