You are running two USB hubs.

There is a problem with running USB off of the motherboard. Its only designed to draw 200 mili amps. One deluxe printer can take up most of that. Your hubs need to have an auxillery power source if you are running several items.

Another problem, especially if your board has several USB ports. Every time you use a different port for the same item, XP considers it a new device. So you can end up with 4 scanners, 4 cameras, 4 printers 4 mice, 4 keyboards and god know how many pen drives. Windows can choke on all of the hardware. What you need to do is go into device manager and remove all of the USB stuff and then have it search for new hardware and reinstall it.
