3 partitions on HDD?

All versions of Windows 7, 2008 and Vista including 32 bit and 64 bit

3 partitions on HDD?

I just purchased a Dell Inspiron 5160 and after running Partition Magic, I noticed that i have 4 partitions. A FAT32 Dell Utility partition, my XP NTFS partition, a Dell DOS partition and then the usual 8MBs that XP does by default. Can I delete the 2 partitions from Dell without screwing up my laptop?
