is this possible? can i set the my default browser to firefox without changing the default browser of other users?

i tried to change it to firefox, then when i logged in on another account his default browser changed to firefox too!

is there a way i can make firefox a default browser just for me (my user?)? thanks.

Thats the way it should work.

I know that screen size doesn't follow that logic--its the same for everyone.

What every you do as a user should remain as part of that users profile.

If the account you logged in with was a administrators account, that could reflect globally to all users. I could be wrong, but change the user back to explorer and see if it switches back to Firefox. it shouldn't.
