Problem with Flash

Postby CherB » Thu Nov 25, 2004 6:35 pm

I'm suddenly having trouble seeing the full flash movie at a website I frequent, which was not a problem before a couple of weeks ago. I updated both the Flash player, and Shockwave, but it still isn't showing up. However, I don't seem to have the problem when viewing Flash files at other sites.

Not sure if this helps, but a couple of months ago, at the same site, I couldn't see any of the Flash at all, but I updated the Flash player, and I was able to view the scrolling menu and everything else. Now all that's showing up is the menu, and not the images that appear at the top of the menu.

I downloaded Firefox yesterday, and interestingly enough the whole thing played at the website (including the images). However, I've since had to delete Firefox for other reasons. Anyway, I'm back to having the same problem with IE when I visit that particular website.

Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

It's obviously an internet explorer problem... have you tried deleting your temporary internet files?

Go to 'tools' at the top of your browser -select 'internet options' and click on 'delete files'
