problem recording

Postby Max_Korn » Fri Nov 19, 2004 7:03 am

I want to record streaming music from the internet but my computer wont do it. I use silent bob or audiograbber which records sound being played in the computer, and up until a few days ago, it was working just fine. Now it doesnt work anymore and I cant get the microphone to work either. I even tried using the sound recorder in my windows xp and it isnt recording anything. It records but when I go to play the file there is just silence. I have checked all the settings, the volumes are all up, i selected line-in and microphone, deselected them and everything else. Nothing works, please help!

When you are recording, do you see the green lines bouncing indicating that sound is being picked up?
