Folder Redirection in XP

I am trying to get Windows XP to put the 'My Documents' folder onto a different disk than the default place.

Reading up, it seems that there is something called Folder Redirection that should enable this.

I've run GPEDIT.MMC and there should be the following available.....
User Configuration\Windows Settings\Folder Redirection
....but, it ain't!!!!!!

Anyone know what I need to do to get this option available?
