Generally you'll have a couple of CD's that will return your computer back to factory settings. Other alterantives would be to use system restore. Lastly you could (if you have operating system disk) do a full foramt and install

Sometimes computer manufacturers will partition the hard drive into two
partitions putting their restore feature on the smaller partition.

What make and model is your computer?

Then all you have to do is download boot disk file.

Double click this file once it has been downloaded it will ask for a floppy disk
and then it will write to the floppy.
Boot from this floppy disk and follow the on screen instruction
to restore your system to how it was from the factory.
