is the site I use to find out what startup programs are and what is needed or not.

only thing is, a lot of the cack thats runnin on mine, i can't find on that. Don't spose anyone knows a site where u can put in the _____.exe and it tells u if it's needed or whatever? :wobble:

Thanks lilpink & Cactus, those were both helpful too, i got rid of some stuff, still don't know what some of it is though (eg. loads.exe), and when i start up again, are the processes that ive just ended gonna start up again too?

If you still can't find all of them post the names here. That could be an indicator of Spyware.
