Help with netmeeting on a network

Hi everyone, Please help. Im trying to set up Netmeeting on a network which is running windows 2000 server with xp workstations. I have set up ILM services and have been able to get two workstations to work but only when logged in as an administrator. This is no good as none of the normal users can use it. I think it may be a policy or permission thing but cant seem to find it.

any input would be great.

When you run netmeeting, does it run but not work, or not even run? How far does it get, and what are the error messages?
