outlook and exchange

I have 3 computers currently connected through a LAN hub to my server, which has MS Small Business Server 2003 installed. 1 of the computers currently recieves all the e-mail but I would like it set up a different way using exchange or outlook i assume.
I would like it to go from the BT E-mail servers to MY server, then stored on there and the other computers simply access them and can send, all e-mails sent and recieved should then be saved on MY server for backup purposes.
Please could someone give me instructions on how to set this up, I have little exchange experience but I can muddle through! I also cannot arrange for a remote connection or VPN.
