Ok my girlfriends pc wont allways turn on properly. its very slow and well it does work, but some times when you turn it on it boots all up, but where u woudl get the screen where u choose the user you wish to use it just turns off, before u can click on any thing. any 1 know what it could be? and how i could fix it. shes asked me to clear the hole thing and restart, she has a xp recovery disk which came wid her pc, from novatec, so what do u think?
write back please.

Hi venney Image
Have you scanned her computer for viruses? If you can go online at all try , its a free online scanner. If you can't get online at all, you can set her h.d.d as slave on your computer and also use Housecall, just direct it to her drive.
