Group Policy experts needed

Postby Kestrel » Mon Jul 26, 2004 12:10 pm

I am wondering if it is possible to set a group policy for a domain that automatically adds teh Domain Users group into the Local Administrators group on each PC on the domain??

it probably isn't without messing around sith SID's and RID's.. but if anyone does know a quick workaround, it would save me and my colleagues a fair bit of time :)

thanks in advance

Thanks Cactus.. but it doesn't help.. not sure if I made myself clear.. but I was looking for a way to push a policy to all PC's that adds Domain Users group into the LOCAL administrator group.. hence giving anyone that logs on to a pc local admin rights on that PC..

like I said.. didn't think it was possible.. looks like I was right :(
