Programs Stop Responding

Hi,

Recently ive had some trouble with my computer and everytime i open some programs i.e. internet explorer, orbit download manager, spybot S&D and a couple others they instantly become none resposive and i have to close them but when i re open them it does the same thing !!! Seriously getting annoyed now, ive run S&D and got rid of a few things, ran ad-aware and knocked off 2 things, ran Norton 360 and thats just killed 40 things and i thought it was all good and well until about 5 mins ago when its happened again...anyone got any ideas what this could be, its not an over heating issue as ive got a cooler fan and everything ive scanned with is all up to date. Pretty stumped, im gonna put a hijack this log into the right forum in a min so if you wanna take a look please do.
