Lose connection for no reason

i need to know how to solve my problem of why my internet just cuts out for no reason im really confused and fustrated as i cannot play my game please could someone help me and tell me why it is doing this.

What version of windows do you use?

What antivirus and firewall?

What type of internet (dsl, cable, satellite, etc.)

Is this problem happening with just that game or browsing is also affected?

Is there a pattern such as every 5 minutes or is it completely random?

Any detail you can give will help and maybe we can get to the bottom of it.
