hard drive problem

Postby n00bster » Mon Mar 22, 2004 8:24 pm

Heres the problem, I was moving a 500 mb file to my documents when my comp froze. So I waited a bit and I still couldnt do anything. So I decided Id hit the restart button on my comp. Now for some strange reason when I check to see how much disk space I have left (should be 3gb) it says 250mb. Any suggestions on clearing up this problem?

Have you cleared out all your Temp folders? Do you have Norton Utilities?

Where were you moving the file from? Is it still there and did the move succeed?
