Is there a utility that...?

Postby tk4two1 » Mon Mar 15, 2004 6:44 pm

I am looking for a utility that will test my hardware (specifically my RAM.) I believe that I have a bad RAM chip and don't think it has completely craped out on me yet. I seem to get intermittent errors and have had some files go completely corrupt. I thought that it had been a HD issue but have rulled thout out with a format and reinstall of the system, which gave me several errors durring the install. I think I might have found the bad chip of RAM and pulled it but want to still have a utility that will do exaustive tests to my RAM to further point out my suspicions. Thanks!

By the way since pulling the chip I have had no errors or problems, which is cool because I must have picked the right chip out of 3 in the first try!
