Posted: Sat Feb 28, 2004 3:46 pmit's likely that your computer tried to download one or more setup files, had trouble, and put a corrupt install program in the windows update temporary files. So when you go back to the site, it runs that file, which does nothing, and reports successful. Try deleting temporary files, directions at link
