Ok, Im sorry for the multiple posts....I just figured it out. Duh...she installed norton anti-virus and had personal firewall enabled. Its fixed now, can access password based sites now.

Does my final log post with the updated HJT look ok? I should be able to give this machine back now...thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it!
